Artificial Intelligence (AI) burst onto the scene in 2024, and looking ahead to 2025, the widespread application of AI technology across various fields is already conceivable. However, the issue of AI hallucinations has been a focal point of industry concern. CoolConnect Technology's RegisLink AI has successfully addressed this challenge in the tourism sector, bringing revolutionary breakthroughs to the industry. Our news center specially interviewed CoolConnect Technology's CTO, Hsu Kuo-Jui, to delve into how RegisLink AI overcomes AI hallucinations, realizing a near future of high-speed AI itinerary retrieval for the B2B travel industry.

Reporter: "Hello, CTO Hsu! Thank you for accepting our interview. As a leading B2B technology provider from Taiwan, we know that AI hallucination problems often lead to the phenomenon of AI 'talking nonsense with a straight face,' causing data errors and triggering distrust in AI application implementation. At last month's TSMC's legal conference, Chairman Mark Liu already stated that AI will not become a bubble. What are your thoughts on this? How does RegisLink AI address this AI hallucination problem?"
Kuo-Jui Hsu: "I'm glad to have the opportunity to share our B2B technology innovations from Taiwan. I believe that AI is not a bubble; AI is a powerful ally for the big data industry! In terms of industry application, we first started applying our advanced AI technology to the tourism industry, which has vast amounts of data and requires real-time accurate information, using AI to accelerate digital transformation. Specifically, we address the AI hallucination problem fundamentally through two core technologies:
Reporter: "This sounds very interesting. Could you further explain the unique aspects of this technological design?"
Kuo-Jui Hsu: "Certainly. The main feature of RegisLink AI's design is its modular architecture with clear division of labor. We operate the 'knowledge processing unit' and the 'language generation unit' separately, simulating the collaboration between the hippocampus and prefrontal cortex in the human brain. This design allows RegisLink AI to accurately complete knowledge retrieval and generate responses after acquiring and storing information, while effectively avoiding data confusion or erroneous responses."
Reporter: "What concrete results has this technology brought?"
Kuo-Jui Hsu: "Through these innovative technologies, RegisLink AI has increased the query accuracy from the original 45% to an astounding 98%, significantly enhancing the reliability of system responses. This breakthrough progress provides the tourism industry with more accurate and reliable AI services."
